Breakfast had variety, but staff seemed overwhelmed. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge, but it was a hassle getting any help. The elevators were a mess, and I felt unsafe when we got stuck. The fitness center and sun loungers looked nice, but overall the experience was disappointing.

the breakfast had a good variety of options.
housekeeping was late and didn't understand English. I booked a room with a sofa bed and there wasn't one available.
